An Invitation to the Men of Willow Creek
Dear Willow Creek Men -
I know you’re busy. I know that you have a ton to do. I know that, after a long day of work or other obligations, the last thing you might want to endure is another meeting or take on another obligation. I get that.
However, I also know that your soul needs refreshment. You need rest. You need constant reminders that God is for you, not against you. You need to know that, no matter what you’re facing at work, at home, or in private, you’re not alone. You have a Father that loves you, and you have brothers in the Lord that care for you.
With that in mind, I want to invite you to join me and several other guys from Willow Creek on Wednesday nights, from 6:30-7:30PM, in the Cafe for our weekly men’s gathering.
If you’re coming straight for work, don’t worry - we’ll have beverages and snacks waiting. If you’re coming from home and dinner, save room for dessert. We’ll respect your time, and keep it strictly to the hour.
I’m presently leading the study. We’re looking at 2 Timothy. It’s a great letter from the Apostle Paul to a young pastor, and is full of practical wisdom for any guy wanting to honor God in his everyday life.
Would love to see you on Wednesday evenings!
P.S. On the last Wednesday of every month, also starting at 6:30PM, we meet at an area restaurant for fellowship! Join our "Willow Creek PCA Men" group on Facebook or contact the church office for specific location information!
